Updating this. Last few orders were perfect. Great job, keep it up ???? ???? We place a pickup order frequently. It gives them... time to get it ready. Every single time for the past month or 2 we will pull up being the ONLY car there?they only hand one ofus our 2 drinks and then ask ?did you have food too?? Then have us park until they get it ready. Having to reread our order tothem because they didn?t bother to really look at it. This Dunkin used to be a lot better but I feel like the staff here rightnow is just not taking the customer experience seriously. Super frustrating when you have 2 babies at home and have to driveback to get the rest of your order or realize what?s missing once you get home. I started checking but that honestly shouldn?thave to happen. Also, the lattes have been awful 9/10 times lately. Way too sweet. Paying $5-6 for a drink you?d expect it tobe good, right? It?s the missing food that?s really bothering me though. Also the food should be warm. And the drinks. The baconshould be cooked, but not burnt to a crisp. Pay attention to what you?re serving people. If you wouldn?t eat/ drink it, REMAKEIT. Slow down, follow instructions on the order, ESPECIALLY THE COFFEE. (extremely important for customer satisfaction) & makesure you are LISTENING to the orders being placed?double check you didn?t forget anything please? ALWAYS missing something. Ifit?s not 3/4 of our order it?s an added egg/ sausage or a donut. So that adds up over time. Read more

Worst dunkin ever!! Always closed, door locked, never has half of the stuff they should and now I can add 1 simple thing to my... order at the window (i wanted a peppermint tea... lady said no peppermint tea no ad on at window) Never have these issues at anyother dunkin. We are going to another dunkin to get my order never will I give this one business. Also we are not waiting inthe parking lot10 mins for most of our order! Read more
I feel as though the coffee is either tasteless or overloaded with sugar packets. I have yet discovered what's the best drink... to get here. Avocado toast is now on the menu and it's pretty decent. Read more
I order DoorDash pretty regularly, and this is the only place that repeatedly forgets to bag items that I pay for. Go to... actually store and tell them face to face what you want or they wont get the order correct Read more
Went to order through the drive thru and waited 10 minutes and nobody came up. I drove around the side and saw two workers... inside on their phones not doing anything. I checked the time to make sure it wasn?t closed and it said open. I?ve experiencedterrible customer service but never have I been straight up ignored. Read more
