While convenient the last few orders have been disappointing. Any special instructions (extra tomatoes) are upcharged but then... there is no difference from regular sub. If there's not enough food supply to properly make a sub that you expect people to payfor them either don't sell it or drop your price but the sun's have been very thin lately. Also, small issue but they no longerlabel the sun's even if info is put into online order. Read more
Ordered food on app for pick up. Food not ready when i arrived hadn't even pulled it from computer. Waited 10 min order still... sitting there. Asked for a refund. Just very disappointed on how unprofessionally this was handled by the staff. One employeefinding humor in that i was aggravated. Everytime i go to this store there is a problem.
