While convenient the last few orders have been disappointing. Any special instructions (extra tomatoes) are upcharged but then... there is no difference from regular sub. If there's not enough food supply to properly make a sub that you expect people to payfor them either don't sell it or drop your price but the sun's have been very thin lately. Also, small issue but they no longerlabel the sun's even if info is put into online order. Read more
Ordered food on app for pick up. Food not ready when i arrived hadn't even pulled it from computer. Waited 10 min order still... sitting there. Asked for a refund. Just very disappointed on how unprofessionally this was handled by the staff. One employeefinding humor in that i was aggravated. Everytime i go to this store there is a problem. WOW stopped coming here due to the lack of meat on a giant sandwich. Tried again, 5 pieces of ham and 6 pieces of Italian ham,... perfectly stretched out to cover the roll. Mind you this is a Giant #2. $14.95 we are done with you. We used to go to one inFlorida and they put at least 16 pieces of meat. We came so often we were getting a free sub at least once a month. Also orderedthe cheese steak giant. Shameful, if you want to sell 2 sandwiches for $35.00 better add some meat. Bye bye Read more

This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's on 11/8/20 at 5:50 which is important because I want this review to reflect... specifically on those working that day and time. I received better treatment and customer interaction here than at some high-endrestaurants I've been to. It felt like red carpet treatment. Very impressed. I did have a phone in order and arrived early.Immediately I was greeted and the 2 guys I spoke with were eager to tell me about Jersey Mike's and how good the food is andduring our conversation they felt I've waited too long and gave me 2 free sub cards. I didn't think I waited long but definitelyappreciated the gesture. It's nice to see employees taking pride in their work and company. It's safe to say Jersey Mike's takescare of the employees by the way they perform. The way the sandwiches are made seems the way of a Subway except Jersey Mike's isso much better. We got a few cheesesteaks and Italians that were excellent and everything was fresh and one of my biggestproblems at places when calling in an order is, they always screw it up. Not Jersey Mike's. They made all the sandwiches justhow I asked without having to ask me again how I wanted the sandwiches made. Plus it was very clean inside. I have nothing badto say only a positive experience from the second I walked in, until the time I left. The owner or manager should let all theseemployees know what an awsome job they did. Jersey Mike's on 5th street is an example how all employees should treat thecustomer while selling awsome food. Go online and check out the menu. They will make it just how you want it. Read more
Got my order wrong. Ok. Mistakes happen. Went back to get the right thing. Made it wrong again with beef instead of chicken.... Just gave up and ate it. Read more
