For about the third time in recent history I went to KFC and returned home without food. I recently went to my local KFC... restaurant on Lancaster ave,in Shillington, Pa. I was there on November 18th, 2022, Friday night at 5:15 pm . I wanted to orderchicken tenders and I was told that there wasn't any tenders available ,they were frozen....at 5:15 on a Friday!!!!! The carahead of me wanted tenders and was turned away. I was calling my wife in the parking lot, about the situation, and saw aboutfour cars turned away behind me! I like Kentucky Fried Chicken food but I haven't been successful getting any food from thisoutlet! I like the chain so I felt I should tell someone. They are very understaffed, so expect long delays on getting your order. They focus on fulfilling drive-thru orders first, so... that may be your best bet. For those ordering via Grub Hub or other apps, please don't get mad at your delivery person. Thedelay is not their fault. Read more
KFC is one of the best fried chicken, but this particular place is a shame for this great brand. I have bought several times... here and this was the last one. This time the problem was that the smashed potatoes tasted like chicken feathers, and the friedchicken doesn't have enough flavor, and looks like it was heated in the microwave. I ordered 12 chicken fingers, just the chicken, no meal. I got up to the window and she said $29. No lie. I thought she was... confused and I explained I didn't want the meal just the chicken fingers and she just repeated the price. I asked how much itwas for 8 and she said $21. I mean COME ON that's ridiculous! She then says "You no want?". And I said no I don't want to pay$20 for 8 chicken fingers. I don't know what KFC is smoking but who the heck is paying $30 for chicken fingers?? So I ended upgoing to Arby's instead. I ordered two three piece with mashed potatoes and gravy med soda and a biscuit. Got it delivered. Grubb driver put on step.... When I brought it inside. I ended up with two piece no Pepsi s. One mashed potatoes. Plus Cole slaw. Tried to get refund. Gotrefund but couldn't explain the rest that was missing. I went to pick up an online order and I got home with it and saw that i didnt receive the sauces I ordered and the extra... biscuits I ordered. My fries were sadly hard and Luke warm to cold. The chicken tasted good but wasn?t hot. The hottest thing Ireceived was my famous bowl. Sadly I think it was bagged right when placed and so it got cold. Its sad because I was hoping forbetter. Had to wait for about 10 mins after ordering through the drive through. There were no other customers, it was 12:30, and it was... a simple sandwich meal. I'm not sure what took so long. When it did come out, there were no fries, but at that point I had toleave due to time. 10 dollars for a sandwich and drink was not worth it. Read more
What kind of a chicken restaurant doesn't have any chicken? On three separate occasions I've stopped at this restaurant only to... hear that what I wanted to order is not available. My last stop I was told they had no chicken at all. Read more
