The quality and consistency of the pizza has dropped. We have gotten undercooked pizza on multiple occasions. Today they forgot... to put pepperoni on both of our pizzas. My wife and I are done with Mama's. Read more

Coming from Philadelphia and now living in Berks I can honestly say there isn?t any great pizza. Yes I have tried them all.... Mamas pizza is good, the staff is friendly and quick. 5 star pizza it is not. Best in the area it is. Facility is clean, pricesinline. Read more
I was there today with a party of 9 and I was treated with such disrespect that I will never return again. We had place an order... and in that order I had ordered a large pizza for the children in our party. The other food came but the pizza came 40 minuteslater and it was cold. Upon returning it to the counter the clerk had the other disrespect to swear at me and tell me it was myfault. This disrespect along with other problems before this trip I will never return here again. Sam came from behind thecounter as we were ready to leave and he tried to make it better but this person ruined my trip. As a former employee of Mama'sI was never ever taught to treat customers this way. The food was edible but the customer service was horrendous. Read more
