Horrible experience. Order was to be ready at 4:37. I walked out with my food at 5:08. And there were no chips as requested. No... bacon on my husband's Wrong Doug. It was only cooked on one side. I also noticed the staff didn't seem to be in any hurry at allwith the long line waiting. Didn't even START my order until after 5:00. When I ordered at 4:21. Doesn't anyone have anymotivation anymore? This is ridiculous! $30 worth of food and I have to eat it with freaking Tostitos because there's no bag ofchips. Thanks a lot jerks. I agree with the other reviews. This place use to be good. Not sure what happened but last 2 times I went I wished I hadn?t. I... do think the portions have decreased but more importantly the taste. I got a bowl and it?s awful. Not even sure why other thanit just doesn?t taste good. There?s an obvious change in staff and food quality. Read more
We used to love this location, however it has really gone down. Small portions and incorrect orders plague them on the weekends.... Today we got the smallest burrito I have ever seen and had almost no chips with the bowl of queso ordered and they forgot partsof the order. They also added the wrong ingredients in other things we ordered. This is the norm for the last 4 times we havegone to this location. Don't waste your money and go somewhere else! Read more
