Panera has always been a favorite but this visit was definitely disappointing. I ordered a large broccoli Mac and cheese, mango... lemonade, and the bear claw. After ordering at the counter, I was able to find a booth easily and the table was clean. Aftersetting in, I got my food in just about fifteen minutes. Unfortunately the large broccoli mac and cheese I had ordered was notnearly large enough for the price I was charged. It was over cooked and mushy, not hot at all, and certainly didn?t taste fresh.The bread that comes on the side was also cold and just ok. The lemonade on the other hand was much better. It wasn?t too sweetand you could definitely taste the fruit flavor. The bear claw was delicious and not too dry. Overall it was just an okayexperience, but other locations might fare better. Horrible. Been going here for many years and the past 2 have been shotty at best (Orders wrong, quality of food way down, etc) ... Ordered takeout French Onion Soup today at $7.19. Received a container just over half full, no cheese, no croutons, and nospoon. Called and received money back, but was not offered a replacement. Woman just wanted to get rid of me. Absolutedisgrace on so many levels. Take some pride in your work. There is only so much you can blame on the pandemic. I mean howhard is it to make, excuse me ladle the right amount of soup in a cup and put in cheese and croutons? Read more

love your food and it's easy to order right from work BUT.. the last few times I've ordered, I feel like there is nothing on my... sandwich. Napa Chicken salad sandwich on Tomato Basil bread for $10.61 (with tax,... $15 total with the delivery fee) and itlooks like not even a tablespoon of chicken salad on the sandwich. kind of disappointing considering I have more Pickle than Ido chicken salad. For a place I would say is higher end compared to a fast food establishment Panera at Broadcasting screws up on a regular basis.... My wife loves the food but I would say 75% of the time they forget things in her order. Usually they forget the French baguetteor if they are out, they substitute with no notification. We just got bagels delivered at work and they forgot to send creamcheese. One thing I don?t understand is on the receipt there is a spot that says order checked by but no one ever signs off onit. Maybe they should start using that so they have better service. Read more

This place just doesn?t care and is so unsanitary. I go here for my lunch break here and there and I can tell the drink... fountains have not been cleaned in weeks. The same old food is still stuck to it as it was a week ago. I ordered my food to bepicked up at a certain time. I picked it up only for my mac and cheese to be cold and extremely soupy as well as half wayfilled. (Pictured below) It obviously has been sitting there for 10 plus minutes. Maybe these employees need to go back toelementary school to learn how to read again because the requested time is right on the ticket. Read more

First time we went was a little disorienting. But the girl at the front explained the layout to us. The soups were delicious... and the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich was outstanding. I would suggest that you go and have a treat!! Read more

Worst Panera I?ve ever been to, consistently and on more than one occasion. Apparently ?To Go? order means ?Throw random stuff... in the bag because we won?t have to correct the order?. I just ordered a corn chowder bread bowl and a tomato soup and grilledcheese. I got a grilled cheese, 2 cups of broccoli cheddar soup, and no bread bowl. I?m bewildered at the poor service. Noeffort was made to ask me if I was okay with replacements, assuming they ran out of ingredients. The total value of what Ireceived is far less than what I paid for. I called the store at 8:02, which is when I got home, to speak to a manager, and thephone rang for 3 minutes and then stopped ringing. I have my qualms with their hours being altered, but I understand that withlabor issues right now, it is what it is. However, I know that there are employees there at 8:02, as I?ve been turned awaymultiple times around that time. The receipt says ?Order checked by [nobody]. Accuracy matters. My Experience at Panera Bread ???? was a little bit different this time around with the fact that there were a lot more people... than normal dinning out which is a good thing, other than that, the Service was Excellent ???????? once I figured out how tonavigate the kiosk ordering screen, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the manager was on top of things ????!
