Completely messed up my order and to top it off i called the so called management and they hung up on me twice after refusing to... correct order she proceeded to use foul language on me!! Could not order on app so called the store & was told in a cold unapologetic way that they are not taking any more orders cause... they are too busy?.really?? Also the pizza tracker is not acurate, I arrived when tracker said ready & I was told it would be 10minutes & now my other food is in car getting cold. Read more
Hit or miss. Sometimes it's really okay, other times it's virtually unable to be eaten. I have kids and there aren't a ton of... options. This time I don't know what happened. We won't eat this as leftovers we can't. Maybe it will be better next time? Read more
I had to constantly repeat my order numerous of times. When it came down to my card number I had to repeated that 2 times in... order for him to get it right. Once he had everything correct he said it didn't take my card and put me on hold. The manageranswered and I asked if I could speak with her instead of the guy. She asked me for my card number I gave it to her and when itcame to the zip code she said I never heard of that zip I told her yeah I just moved here from Kentucky. Now im frustrated andjust told them to cancel the whole order. I told my husband about it he was going to door dash it and something told me to checkthe reviews and I hurried up and told my husband do not order because they have too many bad reviews ???? I have always had nothing but amazing experiences here. The people are so nice, and the pizza is always made super quick and is... always very consistently good. Our go to spot when we want a quick and easy pizza! Read more

We ordered our pizza for delivery and the time it showed for delivery was 129 minutes, we ended up changing it to pickup which... was 45 minutes. The first time we called to change it to pickup the guy simply hung up on us. The second time the other personat least helped us. We got there on time; the pizza seemed to have been baked and sitting for at least 15 minutes so not surewhy we were told 45 minutes for pickup. In short not a good experience and we are not going there again. Read more
Pizza showed delivered but I never got it. Driver never even called. I called the store and they told me I?d have to wait at... least another hour for them to send another one out after already waiting an hour. This is the 3rd time this has happened andthey have never even bothered to do anything for the inconvenience. I will never order from here again and recommend you avoidthis place Read more
