I'm 32 years old and only had Papa John's for the first time on new years of 2022. Delivery took a LONG time since it was a... holiday and they only have one driver so I order earlier if I do delivery or I pick it up myself since it's less than 2 milesaway. By far the best pizza chain I've ever had. Their stuffed crust pizza and garlic parm sticks are my favorite. I mostly seeyounger kids in the st Lawrence Ave and they are friendly and polite and do a fantastic job. My food is always consistent andnever under or over cooked. I will be tipping them every time I go there from now on (even if i pick it up myself) because ofthe service I receive which means a lot to me. Don't be petty about the wait times. Orders have been coming messed up more recently.. I ordered 2 different chicken poppers and they both came PLAIN. I called & the... girl on the phone kept muting me and asking me to repeat myself. Then she said they would send the correct food back out & neverdid. Worst papajohns in the area Read more
Bbq chicken pizza is the best around! Anytime we order from here it's been a good experience. Ordering online & picking up works... well too as it's quick & keeps you posted. Read more
I order they said 35 minutes. Just 1 pizza. I call dominos like 20 minutes later 2 pizzas. My dominoes order came before papa... johns. I still dont have my pizza a hour later. Ridiculous Read more
This was the first time I had eaten PaPa John's Pizza. I, myself, did not like it at all. I give it 3 stars for the Military... Discount and having my 50.00 order ready on time. But their thin crust veggie has much to be desired to other thin crust veggiepizza I order all the time. I don't eat pepperoni, but that pizza looked good. Full of pepperoni's. The cheese looked good, andI did have one bread stick, it was very good. But I'm a veggie lover. And sadly, I did not like theirs at all. But, I'm surethere are plenty of others who may have a different opinion. Read more
Though the wait was slightly longer than I wanted, I got my pizza right when it came out of the oven. It was obvious this place... was busy as 4-5 delivery divers came in and quickly left with orders in the 5-10 minutes I waited the Friday we were there. Weordered online and it seemed like they weren't updating the App but honestly I think it was right, that they were just finishingprep of the pizza when we walked in. I was happy to see that at least this location (don't know how many stores in thisfranchise do this) offers a Monday night 40%off military discount on regularly priced items.
