Decided to stop at this Rita's to get a Large GELATI cause it was an early HOT Summer afternoon. A mile down the road after... decided to pull over and sample it...IT WAS HORRIBLE WITH A STRONG CHLORINE TASTE IN THE ICE!!! (AM ACTUALLY GETTING A SICKSTOMACH NOW... AFTER!) I live about 30 miles from there and when I called to ask if I COULD GET A REPLACEMENT (SOFT SERVE ONLY)ANOTHER DAY (as after my errands...it was now time to eat supper and too far north).....THEY SAID "NO!"!!! Always tasty treats, love it here.! The only down side to this particular location is the parking situation is VERY tight. It's... a very small parking lot and when they are busy you may as well not try and come back later. Read more

Used to go to the other Rita's on Penn Avenue but discovered that this one has a lot more flavors. Parking is better also since... it is not at a busy intersection. Good customer service too. Read more
