Typically love this place because of the vegan options, they always make my food to order because I need to customize some... things. Recently went in and paid $27 for two sandwiches and some fries to go, checked my bank statement later and was charged$33.. i do not mind tipping if I dine-in, and usually do, but this particular time was not one of those. I?m unsure of who addedthe tip as it wasn?t me, but my sandwich was also missing items I asked for and was served a handful of onions and vegan chickentenders? unappetizing without the rest of the ingredients asked for. I often order pasta for my best friend and it is neverexactly what we ask for. Still love this place as they have the right idea & will be back in the future, hopefully after somechanges, just not right now. Read more

Edit- changed to 1 star after the owner's rude reply about not liking their home made bread- I bake home made bread that's much... better than the stuff they try to pass off which is the same junk from several other sandwich & pizza shops in the Reading area.They didn't address the issue of soggy food, or food being an incorrect temperature because they gave the excuse that they "bagit all together" so they don't forget anything which doesn't work so well with cold sandwiches/ subs or a cold salad and hotsandwiches/ meals/ fried foods. Got take out- everything was bagged together including my cold sandwich with several other hotitems. Maybe it's just me, but being used to traditional Philly steak/ hoagie rolls so I was really disappointed with their"home made rolls", not what I wanted at all. My husband got the street tacos, they were super soggy & completely fell apart. Gotchicken fingers & fries for my son and they were the only decent part of the meal. Read more

I ordered from this place before and I always order the same thing every time without a problem. This time however what I... assumed I I ordered wasn't right walking back in from the front of the store I asked Excuse me I think you got my order wrong Iasked for something specific and what i got was different. I was told repeatedly that I was wrong. Not that maybe there was amistake nope. I was wrong. Sure let's just say i was "wrong" can i switch out the slice since I haven't touched it? Or get arefund? Can't do that you left the store so we can't do anything to help you, however you can Just buy another slice . . . So Ican't switch It, I can't get a refund AND I'm being told I'm wrong and there's nothing they can do? Tasty New York style pizza at a fair price and very friendly service. Excellent pasta entrees. The shrimp fra diavolo was... perfect with eight large shrimp in a spicy marinara sauce. The spaghetti and meatballs was very tasty with three large juicymeatballs. The gluten free stuffed shells were surprisingly really good. The Italian wedding soup was very good with anabundance of tiny meatballs. The shrimp corn chowder had a lot of chopped shrimp in a perfectly spicy creamy soup. Read more
