I've been frequenting this starbucks for a while and have rarely have had a good or remotely memorable service experience. It's... like they hire the coldest, most apathetic people possible who have never had experience being an amicable human being tocustomers. If they make a mistake with your order it's like they feel wholly entitled to give YOU attitude about the problemTHEY caused with their negligence. On top of the drink making being a major hit or miss depending on who's at the bar. You'd bebetter off going to the Target in Wyo, staff is much friendlier there. Management needs to do better with training the subparbaristas they have in this store. Read more

Starbucks is overpriced fast food coffee, and anyone that disagrees has no idea what coffee is supposed to taste like. It's just... a perennially trendy brand, like Apple. Their tea is okay. It's a shame they shut down their tea brand. And their breakfastsandwiches are alright, considering they're frozen. I'd much rather eat at Panera. Their coffee is a bit better, and their foodis decent. Read more

Ive been to many starbucks and enjoy their coffee. This specific place though is extremely slow. They don't care about the lines... or their customers. The workers and management always work at a slow pace. They have messed up orders on at least 3 occasionsand when you ask for it to be fixed you get an attitude.
