This is the best KFC in Berks County. The fact that it also offers Taco Bell is an absolute BONUS!
I will never eat here again. I used to work at a KFC/Taco Bell and alot more was being offered back then I guess. There's no... tender roast chicken, no honey BBQ chicken sandwiches, only fried tenders and fried chicken. I got a 3 piece chicken tender mealwith mashed potatoes and French fries and a drink, and 6 soft tacos & a drink and my total was $30.22. THAT IS ABSURD! I WILLNEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! This place has gone down hill. It is so dirty. It's disgusting. The person wiping the tables did a horrible job. When we went to... get our drinks the entire black mat on the floor was so sticky. Our feet kept sticking really bad to it. Then we get to ourtable and the top and sides of the table was sticky as well. Will not be going here anymore. Read more

I rated this taco bell a 1 out of 5 stars due to my drive thru experience. I was ordering food for my family and everytime I... finished a particular food order the woman on the other side would respond, "and what else" with an attitude as if I wasbothering her. For example, May I get 3 crispy tacos... "and what else"? I ordered 3 additional items and heard this phraseeverytime. I drove up to the pay window, paid, and then sat for about 8 minutes waiting on my food. I was the only car in thedrive thru and the inside dinning was empty. When I finally got home and opened our food the supreme tacos I ordered for myhusband had barely any meat in them. See picture for reference. Now I know why I never get Taco Bell. I thought I would try the spicy potato tacos,an cinnamon twists.The Tacos were cold,hard... an just a few pieces of cold,hard potatos,tiny squares,an the cinnamon twists looked like packing peanuts,cold an basicallytasted like you were eating plastic. This particular Taco Bell is also a KFC restaurant. I love that you can choose one or the other especially if you bring friends... and/or family when one wants one or the other. The store was very clean, the service way great, the food was prepared perfectlywith no errors and tasted fresh. Plenty of parking space and handicap access. Keep up the great work. Read more
Why is it if I order thru door dash I can get a taco that contains cheese and tomatoes and sour +²4??cream. But if I go thru... drive thru or to counter, there is hardly any cheese and absolutely no tomatoes or sour cream ever. So it's some meat andlettuce?? Read more
