Everytime I order and they read the order back they still mess up. I have not had a single time where they get it right. If... someone reads the order back you?d think they?d get it right but nope. The $5 meal is great on a budget. but one the led to another...It all starts with the French fries..dipped in a chocolate junior... Frosty.. mmm. while the fries are hot the mix is just right. I added a small chili w/cheese and it just hit the spot on a coldand rainy day. Followed by spicy nuggets with ranch and Wendy, your bacon cheeseburger usually makes it til later in theevening but I just couldn't resist. Idk why everyone hates on this place. They?re very understaffed so there is ALWAYS a wait, and maybe their busy rushes keep them... from being overly chipper but I?ve never encountered the staff to be rude here. They do let us know about waits or let ussubstitute if we don?t want to wait, but the food is always hot and fresh. Sometimes I?ve ordered Doordash and the food ismodified because we are a big group of picky eaters and I?d say about 98% of the time our orders come hot and correct. Maybewhoever owns/runs this place sucks but I always get the vibe the staff is doing their best and my food is always good and what Iexpect so what more can I ask for. One star off because there?s always a wait, and it?s not the cleanest when you sit inside. Read more

Went there today, at the counter there was a man complaining about finding a long piece of hair in his burger and ask for a... refund. Management didn't acknowledge the customer, didn't apologize or gave him a free meal. One of the employees was notwearing a cap or had her long very hair up. She was just making the food with her long frizzy hair everywhere and managementallowed that.. it's about management..sad, very sad can't find good management. Read more
