The food is really good, sometimes they do take their sweet time to make it. Something that I don't really like is that some... manager like Ms.Ellen like to yell at the employees like she's their mom when she's not, and the reason why a lot of theemployees are quitting is because of her, she don't know how to be a leader unless if yelling and cursing at employees even atthe customer's is ok then she's perfect for the job. Another manager that doesn't do he's job right is Ringo, he's always in theback room on his phone and sometimes when he served the food he could be coughing or sneezing and that right there isdisgusting. The food was fairly good. French fries a little dark but not too bad. The burgers and lemonades were good. The staff was ok. The... gal that took the order was nice and did checked on us later. The restaurant itself needs help. The tables, floors, counters,most everything was sticky and/or dirty. The condiment section needed restocking. Never fails, every time I go here im missing items from my order. Typically multiple items...and when you mention that your food... is missing to the woman in the window, she gives you attitude like it's your fault. Save your time and money, just go to thePenn Ave location. Read more
Holy friggen wow! Got here at 2:18pm it is currently 2:41pm and we are still sitting in the drive thru waiting with another... vehicle in front of us till we reach the window. The lobby isn?t full and the drive thru had maybe 5 cars. Whatever happened tofast food? This Wendy?s surely won?t be on my list of places in the future. Read more
This is the absolute worst Wendy?s I have ever been to. I haven?t been to this location in over a year because the last time I... was here I waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes and got cold food. I was in the area and decided to give it another shot andnothing has changed. I ordered online and selected carryout because the drive thru was long and I didn?t want to wait another 45minutes. I parked to go inside and the door was locked. I called and told the gentleman that I placed an online order forcarryout but the door was locked. He said that they were deep cleaning and I asked if I could park in the mobile pick up spotand get it that way, he told me no and that I needed to wait in line. If I didn?t already pay online, I would have left. Just goelsewhere so you don?t waste your time. Read more

It seems like every time I visit here, usually only for a frosty, I am always disappointed. This past time, I stopped to buy 3... Frosty?s. Well, there was only one car in front of us that took about 6-7 min to get their meal. When we pulled up, we paid, gotthe Frosty?s and we?re heading home. When I popped off one of the lids after leaving, they were all melted! As, thinner thanmilkshake melted. We were going to go back but there was such a long line at this point. Even though this location is closest tome, I?m going to dive out of my way and go to one in Wyomissing. Read more
