A total disgrace. As usual, chili and potatoes not hot, soda machine not working and water everywhere on the floor with only 1... warning cone. I put so many napkins on the floor I'm sure I hit on your bottom line but better than the lawsuit you would havehad. Unbelievable! And after manager tracked sida syrup everywhere still no one cleaned..so I informed and I dropped morenapkins! Read more
This place is absolutely pathetic. I came to the drive-thru on a Friday night around 7:05 and there was one car in front of me... at the menu board and 2-3 cars in front of that person. I sat for 5 minutes before placing my order then in the next 10 minutesI advanced 1 car length. This is supposed to be fast food. How can you screw up and take so long to make burgers and chickensandwiches? You're not making chateaubriand and souffles. You're frying hamburger patties and deep frying breaded chickenbreasts. I order a 4 for 4 or 5/5 since the price went up and my food is always cold. Either the burger cold , nuggets , or fries are... cold. It?s always one of them being cold every time yo???? Edit : oh yeah and the workers are always smoking by the dumpsters.. I mean go head and take a smoke break I get it but they probably don?t even wash theirs hands when they go back in to preparefood ???? Read more
Service slow. Cleanliness 0 out of five. The employees we more interested in talking about what drugs or drinks they were going... to get after work then customers. Very crass language from employees with guests there. I was there with my four year old. Verydisappointed. Will not go back there. Read more
This place needs some help!! I understand short staff. Truly I do but this place is Always extremely slow right from the drive... up window. They are NOT friendly nor do they really care about the customers that continue to give them another chance. I couldhave pulled away from the window without even paying that's how disorganized they were. I am an honest person so i asked thegirl.. would you like me to pay for this? They turn their back on you at the window. They need a good manager who cares thereand can guide the employees on good customer service skills and help train them properly! Unfortunately I will not be going back to this Wendy's. I went there over my lunch hour and I barely got my food in time to eat... it and get back to work. They had just re-opened the dining room and they were not ready for the lunchtime crowd. The diningarea was not clean and the windows were dirty. I usually love Wendys but I will not be going back to this one in the future. Read more
Well, the people working the counter were friendly, but the restaurant was sort of dirty and it took a long time to get our... food. The portion sizes seemed smaller than other Wendy's which was odd. The soda machine was out of a lot of flavors. But,the food did taste good and was made well, so they had that going for them. Read more
Extremely slow service. Rude when I finally ordered and paid. And finally when I opened my burger it was sloppy as hell with... everything hanging out and mustard all over the wrapper and the bun to the point where it couldn?t be eaten without gettingingredients all over myself.
