I wouldn?t eat here if you have Celiac disease. My wife confirmed 4 times with the waitress/cook that her meal was 100% gluten... free but still ended up glutened. This results in too many mental and physical effects to list but has made our past weekbrutal. The wait was also extremely long after being seated (65min). I gave them one extra star just because the food was greatand waitress was very kind, but not worth it when you have an allergy that can?t be respected Read more

I?ve been big fan for years, and Goodness Gracious has the same creative and high-quality food in their new location. The menu... is a bit paired down since the Mill, but the favorites are all there, like smoked Gouda grits, filled strawberries, buffaloburger, pancakes as a side ??, veggie omelet, benedicts, wonderful biscuits, gourmet grilled cheese. At around $15, the pricesare very reasonable for the large amount of great food you get. Many people agree Goodness Gracious is a local gem, as they werestarting to pile in for early lunch when we left around 11:00. Service was attentive and kind as always. I?m thrilled they movedback into town and I wish them all the best! Read more

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Food was fantastic. Had the hash brown bowl with the spare ribs on it. Also had the salad sampler.... Shared both with my wife. More than enough food for both of us. The spare ribs were cooked perfectly and the sauce on the dishwas outstanding. The owner was waiting tables and doing a great job. Read a few reviews about slow service. Ours was good and Iknow that it is hard to find help right now so, cut them a little slack here, especially being new. We will be back. Read more

Had we been seated and served in a timely manner I would give this place a solid 4 and maybe even a 5. Quoted 15 and took 25 for... a seat which I know that can?t always be helped. It was the fact that we were seated at 9:15 and not even served drinks until9:35 or order placed to 9:50 that bothered me, thank goodness the hostess noticed and tried to help. Food was prettygood?breakfast burrito was all hash brown filler but other than that food wise everything was great. They are new(ish) andhopefully working out the service kinks but something is going to have to change and quick?you can?t let folks wait that longwithout being served. I knew something was up when people were going to Just Love right around the corner to get coffee andbring it back.We will give this place another try in a few months to see if things have improved. This place looks very pretty, classic, and inviting as you drive up and park, and continues the vibe inside. We were able to get... Sunday brunch reservations for our party of 9, so had no wait for a table. However, the food is made to order, so we weren?teating until maybe an hour after sitting down. The food was definitely worth the wait, with the buttermilk pancakes being astandout, and the gouda grits also getting universal thumbs-ups. I especially lived the ?filled fruit? strawberries, which arecut to allow space for a sweet cream-cheese filling. This was a real crowd pleaser and we?ll be back if we?re ever in theneighborhood! One heads-up: it?s byob alcohol. Read more
