The ice cream machine and slush machine hasn't worked in months. Service is horrible. You know this Sonic is losing money.
Ordered at 4:17 pm, 20 minutes later said our food was being delivered and still waiting on our food it is now 5:17 and still no... food.. this is on a when they finally brought it..at 5:23 it finally came out cold food was cold , one burger short, and frieswere very cold ..we requested our money back.. told them I wanted a receipt to show our money was credited back to ouraccount...very crazy...will not stop at the rector arkansas sonic again..there excuse was the receipt got lost..and the firstwas they only had one car hop..used as 1/8 of a tank of gas because being hot..w Read more
My review gets removed all the time. The Rector sonic is a very sub par experience. The wait is always great. The chances of... your food being right is never high. And most importantly the foods just not that great to begin with. Sucks that it's one ofthe only places in town to get food. It'd have two stars if I wasn't rewriting this review for the fifth time in my life timebecause of people removing it. Read more
Waited 26 minutes for a shake and chicken dinner with 2 orders of tater tots. Chicken came out black like the grease was burnt.... The tator tots were extremely soggy with grease and burnt oil flavor like the chicken. There were only 3 cars in the parking lotand a full staff with 2 workers kicked back in chairs. 25 minutes waiting for a couple cheeseburgers, classic crispy sandwich, fries, tator tots, trailer and a milkshake. The fries... were old and moist only lukewarm from a heat lamp but disgusting. Crispy sandwich was grilled and completely wrong. Milkshakewas hot and pure liquid except for the whipped cream floating in the mess. Cheeseburgers were ok. The manager was the one makingfood in the kitchen apparently. Stated she knew there was some delays but didn't know about that long. Love this crew, I always stop by in the morning to fuel my iced coffee addiction. Despite the occasional delay due to so many... orders, I've never seen them NOT work their butt off. Love y'all! ?? Read more
My meal was served quickly. The order was completely accurate. The server was very polite and helpful. Good variety of food and... perfect for a fast stop to eat or for during a while to leisurely enjoy one of their awesome desserts. I highly recommendstopping here if you are in the area. Read more
