I just went to Gems in Middletown on Union Ave for a chicken cutlet sandwich on a roll... and let me tell you! That was the... BEST fricken sandwich I have ever had. It was perfectly made. And the chicken wasn't tough or to thick. Perfecto! AND, they evenwarmed the chicken up ever so slightly to take the chill out of it. That sandwich was made with love. This is the third time I?ve been here and the girl that works there is so rude. I always order scrambled eggs with cheese. Each... time it?s this huge deal. The last time I got it but I had to take 10 minutes to explain to the cook what the difference isbetween that and a cheese omelet.
