The guy behind the counter sold us our meal and did not tell us they were out of ice and then would not do anything about it... (like give us a refund). So the service we received was terrible. Ruby is so sweet and amazing. She is such a sweet trans girl. Very hard worker. Since she has been on drive through I get my... order correct and fresh food. I come to Burger King because I don't like onions and they never put it on their hamburgers. There were a couple of vagrants... outside and The front door window was shattered. But as always I like the hamburger with no onions and they do that great. Read more
Dirty but food was as expected so I gave it a 3. I am happy I didn't get sick surfaces needed a wipe down. Kids enjoyed their... kid meals and that was important to me. I rarely treat them out. It was about the kids and they had a nice time. Read more
Very understaffed- only 3 employees working. They seemed extremely stressed and overworked. Poor management and there was a ... long wait which was expected for the very few people working, but food was still warm, nicely prepared, and tasty in the end. Read more
Red Bluff summers are very hot. This store has been out of shakes or blended drinks for months and today -- they were out of... ICE. Drive-thru said nothing until they handed me a warm Diet Coke. The building is disgustingly dirty and smells like urine.The poor employees are having to deal with disgruntled clients. Their franchise owner and managers need to start managing! Read more
It took over 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. Once you?re stuck in the drive through there is no way out of the line.... 45 minutes is excessive for fast food. Read more
