I had to make a stop early morning to grab me a couple of those 2022 Halloween Glow in the Dark Venti Diamond Studded Cup... Tumbler. We liked them so much we even bought a Grande pair as well. Unnecessary location. Very difficult to see the drive through at night and they made my frappe coffee really weird and much... different than the better Starbucks across town makes them. They didn't even have the chocolate shavings for the peppermintfrappe I ordered. I don't understand why there's 3 of these Starbucks in town and 3 other privately owned coffee shops as well. It was good. The girls who helped us were pretty friendly. My sister-in-law ordered a strawberry lemonade and was too sweet for... her. Her friend asked to exchange it for a green tea instead, and the person who helped was being a bit rude about it. I havepersonally worked for Starbucks before, and I have always been more than happy to help make sure a customer is satisfied withtheir drink. It was unnecessary for this employee to be rude about. I mean, the Starbucks company motto is, "To inspire andnurture the human spirit - one person, one cup and one neighborhood at a time". It is a customer service job, and as theemployee, it is not about your thoughts or opinion on the matter, instead, it's to insure that your customers are happy andsatisfied with their items. I typically don't have any issues at any Starbucks I go I to, but this situation just reallybothered me. Read more
