Would really love to enjoy a sandwich from this location but as always never is open when they are suppose to be, and never... answers the phone. Called corporate a few times all they do is give a free 6in but doesn?t take care of the problem!! If Icould give no stars I would!! Very disappointing! Read more

This is the 2nd time I used the app at this location and the 2nd time they messed up our order off the app. They really need to... look at what is supposed to be on the order I'm tired of paying extra for things and not getting them. This is about the 4thtime they have put teriyaki sauce instead of sweet onion sauce. I have had this issue at other locations too. Subway reallyneeds to teach their employees the difference. Dec 11 5:30p staff demanded i wear a mask super hungry in a rush for work and I forgot it so I covered my face with my shirt and... the staff "shouted you still need a mask!" I don't usually ever have issues with this subway used to be my favorite one but manshe was rude as heck I won't be coming back its almost like she was doing everything to shoo me away so she can sit in back onher phone again. Second my sandwich is ruined at this location. I got a pastrami sandwich where the pastrami was not heated before the bread was... toasted. When I got home and ate it, half was warm, and half was cold, including the bread. Also, the only cookie I got tastedbad. Not going there again. Read more

Employees were very rude to customer in front of us, as she was older and hard of hearing. She rolled her eyes several times... throughout the process, and when we were finished she said ?have a nice day? and before we even had a chance they were walkingoff with a VERY snarky ?or not?. One employee on shift took over 30 minutes to serve 2 people. I've learned not to ever come here if I have a schedule. Ive never... seen slower service than in any subway location. Read more
