On October 19, 2022 around 11:30 AM I had the pleasure of being served by Emma. Unfortunately, the manager came out in the midst... of Emma making my wrap to take over. Immediately she was blatantly rude to us and had an attitude. She was trying to train Emmabut her information was wrong. I had corrected this manager multiple times on what I wanted and what I had already told Emma.And I was met with more attitude from this manager. This manager was not wearing her name tag so I had to ask for her name andwas met with the question ?why?. When she finally told me her name (Tonnie or something like that) she started asking personalquestions about my name. This was quite a disappointing experience considering I have seen much better management at thisestablishment. I had filled out a survey for my free drink and would like to state those positive answers to the survey wereonly about my experience with Emma. I believe Tonnie, the manager, needs more training on customer service because this isunacceptable. Read more

Only Subway I go to in all of Red Bluff... Quick service, very clean, and conveniently located (for me anyway) Unfortunately... though I have had issues with ordering pick-up online, and for the 2nd time, as I did not get the meat for my salad toasted nordid I get my sandwich toasted as requested despite having selected to do so on menu tab and within additional request text-boxoption. Tried calling 3x before placing online order with no answer, a tad disappointed since I typically spend around $30 at atime here but oh well. Read more

Been to 30-40 subways over the years and can definitely say this was the lowest rated one. For starters, the flow was unlike any... others I've been to. You pay first, then they make sandwiches. They were incredibly slow. They nuked my meatball sub but wasstill cold when I went out to car to eat. Wife and son got lots of veggies on theirs, but lettuce was brown on the edges, andtomatoes were mushy. This Subway definitely did not meet standards we are used to . Read more

Simple fix! Train your employees, they need to actually pay attention to what customer is asking for. Took 20min to make two... sandwiches before mine. After marking my sandwich, the so called heated meat was cold. Read more

Not my best subway experience ????...just stay vigilant if you want light condiments cause saying it might not be enough. Also... we asked what time they closed so we could pick up a sandwich for a family member on our way home. When we came back a half hourbefore closing, they were closed up and gone. Read more

Clean restaurant. It's extremely busy. At the time of reviewing all other Subway restaurants in Red Bluff are closed. It has... been a while since I have been to a Subway, but the ingredients were fresh and tasty. Better than I remember. I've never had topay first and then have my sandwich made. Disorienting to say the least. No one else knew what to do either. Avocado is extra,tell them if you want it at the register...or else. ???? Read more
