This place has gone down hill since it was remodeled. They are SOOOOO slooooooow. And the dining room is now very echoey and it... is hard to sit inside to eat. Their kiosk doesn't feature all of the menu items so we have to order from the counter, which usfine, except that they never have anyone working at the counter. Employees will come out to drop off door dashes but won't makeeye contact. There is absolutely no customer service. The drive thru is horrible also. They NEVER get our order right. We arealways missing items. So we have taken to staying at the window until we have checked everything. I love taco bell. But this oneis NOT GOOD. Read more

Order the Taco Supreme, get a normal taco with NO SOUR CREAM. Last three times I have ordered from this store, this has been the... case. Do they even train people to know what a Taco Supreme is? Do people working there, know what is on the menu? Why is no onechecking to see if the order is correct? Read more

This is Red Bluff Taco Bell and I had a coupon for a free taco ... Regular/soft or Doritos taco. The kid who took my order got... it wrong and forgot my drink. I had to go back around to get my drink and he charged me for my free taco. It's USUALLY a superlong wait but it went by pretty fast this time and I was the 6th car in line. I didn't get mad at the kid or anything like that.In fact he was quite charming but damnit do t forget my drink do t over charge me and get my order right lol Read more

No cashier so you need to order at kiosk and use credit card.

You have to order from kiosk. No paper receipts and the workers are all rude. Last time eating here.

I was very disappointed with my Drive-thru experience around 2:15 p.m. today. I ordered a chulupa combo, with a Gatorade fruit... punch. My service was great but my food was cold, and the lettuce was brown around the edges. Also, my drink had all water andno syrup. I wish i could get my money back that was rough. Read more
