How is it I go to school for my job and these jack wagons get paid the same starting wage yet are not competent enough to fill... an order. I ended up not eating because my family didn?t have time to go back and claim the shorted meal. They also don?t answerthe phone. Must be another skill impossibly to fulfill. Read more

Service is pretty fast, staff is always nice. Tastes like average Wendy's. Nothing special, but they don't ruin... anything. Except the fries. Wendy's fries are TRAGIC. Read more

The food is hot and fresh and taste good. The service has gotten really good, clean and professional over the past couple years.... It has gotten so expensive!!!! I suggest using coupons or the specials like the 4 for 4! Read more

Beware of this establishment!!!! If I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service and management is just as bad. We... came in spending $73 and drove all the way home to Manton. When we got home we started to eat and all 6 burgers were very pinkand raw.. to top it all off, when we called in to speak to the manager to see what we could get done about this and she was sorude. Kept trying to hang up on us, refusing to help us, called us liars (even though we have receipts and photos as proof) andjust plain rude and inconsiderate. Terrible terrible terrible. Read more

This Wendy's disappoints. I did drive thru and got half way to my destination and my son said "mom" his plain JR bacon... cheeseburgers were not plain. I drove back to the establishment and complained. The girl at the counter got a manager. Thismanager basically called me a liar and said we have headphones and listen to what your ordering. I'm not an amateur when itcomes to ordering my son's food. For her to laugh and say I don't understand. Listen it's 2 freaking cheeseburgers that I'mtrying to get right. And this was the 3rd time time within a week my order was wrong. Instead of apologizing like a truemanager you basically called me a liar. What kind of management team does Wendy's hire. Absolutely horible service, The manger MARIA refused to remake my drink after the employee handed it to a completely different... vehicle then took it back. Like im not taking something you gave to someone else then took back who knows if their sick or notand my gf has a compromised immune system.. You gave me attitude for asking politely to have it remade. Then refused to talk tome after handing the cash for it, instead of just replacing it your a manager and should be ashamed of your self I hope thiscost you your job, you don't deserve it.. Read more
