One ranch and one honey mustard for 4 chicken strip baskets that's a joke ....and when called to attention "oh I forgot you had... 4 baskets" even though she just handed us our large plastic oversized bag 10 seconds prior ?!?! Update: got a response from theowner and finally decided to give it another try today, 7/9/22 and the exact same thing happened ......gave another chance, andsad to see soon 2 business in town will be run by the same logic and management. This is probably one of the most disrespectful and disgusting dairy queens I have ever been to the manager came in in her normal... sloppy sweat pants haor a mess the store manager apparently was extremely rude they had almost nothing they were suppose to havethey had ranch lied about it and then told me it's cause they didn't make any then they handed me my food and half of it wasburnt and I asked the manager would she eat something like that and she said oh ueah being extremely disrespectful and this wasone of The most unprofessional experiences Have ever had at a Dairy Queen any time I have gone to any other Dairy Queen in thesurrounding areas the staff have been friendly prepared and super Is helpful and not disrespectful. Not worth the ONE star ... complete disappointment, and I'm not the sort to complain.... but this is rediculous..... drive... through for food that was laying around long enough to be ICE COLD, not even heat lamp warm.... cheeseburger was beyond cold, itwent straight into the trash after 2nd bite, the toppings were nasty AF... a 'ring' of OLD onion, 4 small pickle slices with onehaving a white appearance and sweet taste ???? which is what had me take the bun off to see what could be sweet tasting on aburger ????...brown lettuce shrapnel and sorry excuse of a tomato slice. Fries -- cold rubber....followed the cheeseburger intothe trash. Would be nice to keep this restaurant in business....definitely in need of decent managenent. Needless to say... I order the honey barbecue chicken and when i opened it the ranch was spilled everywhere like the lid wasnt on it. The chicken... wasn?t in a tiny box oike other locations and now the whole box is ruined. Would give lower rating???????????? ?ruinedfurniture? Read more
Third time in a row the order didn't match the receipt, missing items, wrong sauces, up charged for customizations and don't... receive them. Once received a cup of mayonnaise instead of pickles. Tried to call for correction and was ignored. Drive throughentered the order correctly, read the screen cooks. Read more
