The service was terrible and I believe my friend and I got sick from undercooked chicken. My chicken sandwich was soggy and not... crispy like it should have been plus there was a gross amount of mayo on my sandwich. This experience has turned me off evereating at an Arby's again. Read more
Often close dine in before listed time on door on sundays it seems. Multiple times I've come before 9 pm to a locked door when... the sign on the door and online says open until 9:30 for dine-in. Update your hours or stop closing early please, I don't wantto have to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on a vehicle just to get food at your restaurant after I'm done work. Read more
Food is always tasty for those who like roast beef sandwiches. Don't sleep on the beef n cheddar, that sandwich hits he spot.... Arby's takes longer to make than other fast food, but speed doesn't get taken into account unless it's outrageously slow. I'drather have my food cooked, you know? Read more

I was on my way from Calgary to Edmonton when I stopped for dinner at the Arby?s in Red Deer. Upon entering I was surprised at... how remarkably clean and modern the interior of the restaurant was. I had recently heard about a secret menu item called the?Meat Mountain? and wanted to try it myself. Safe to say it was the Best $15.00 I have ever spent on a sandwich. The ingredientswere fresh and the sandwich was the most beautifully assembled stack of meat. I had excellent service from the manager Mercy whowas very accommodating with my large order. I also felt very safe as the staff were all following COVID protocol while wearingmasks and sanitizing surfaces. Overall an excellent experience and will definitely be back. Read more
Super Clean ! Super Clean washrooms ! Super Clean Booths, Tables, Chairs. Super Clean Everything ! Never been to a cleaner fast... food place. Food was Good Service was friendly fast and Excellent. Surprised Arby's is little known yet So Good ! Wow! the staffreally makes all the difference in this case must be really Good management!. They take an extra couple of minutes but it's wellworth it.
