Food was great as usual. Server was wonderful. The use of robots should end. Server was quite able to carry our food.
We booked a table for 10 just before Halloween. When we arrived the place was decked out. Kinds enjoyed the Halloween... decorations around the restaurant. We were greeted sat at our table very quickly. From the host to the waitresses we weretreated like gold. They had the robot Rosie there which the kids and of course some of us adults got a kick out of. We’d cometo town for a family meet up and very happy with her choice to come to your restaurant. Ordered take out for supper, 2people had steak and it was juicy, tender and cooked perfect, the person taking the order gave the... suggestion of (example: if you want a medium cooked steak then order a rare because it continues to cook after being taken offthe grill )... The other order was for the pasta bake with spinach and mushrooms , it was absolutely delicious. Ordered $77 worth of food from this restaurant from Uber, and they sent us only a juice box and cookie for the kids meal. We... called the restaurant and they claim this is the only thing that showed up on their screen. Boston pizza wasn’t even willingfor us to come show them our phone and what we ordered with proof of payment to get the food. Literally hung up on us on thephone. Will never support this business again. Still hasn’t resolved the missing money/food for us. Poor customer service. NowI see why they are rated 7/10 on the app. Read more
Normally my partner and I order from this location and have only had minor problems. However, this evening was frustrating.... Order showed up ~40 minutes late missing an item. Called to have the item remade and delivered. It showed up 40 minutes after Icalled. It was inedible due to the amount of salt/pepper/some seasoning on it... to say the least, we are very disappointed... Read more
“Proportionate amount of cheese”. Very very poor job on the nachos. We ordered this by phone and got this mess.... Unfortunately, it didn’t stop there. Got mashed potatoes instead of seasoned vegetables, which we were supposed to get… thebandera bread was rock hard and as tough as an old shoe. The burger I got was good, but that’s about it… called to complainabout it, and got “that’s how the nachos are supposed to be” so I didn’t bother to bring up the rest of it… Read more
