Seven of us, including 3 children. We were quickly seated, and the kids were given stuff to do. Drinks were ordered, but the... drink machine had broken down, and we were served four carbonated waters instead of Seven-Up. It took 15 minutes to get thedrinks replaced. The food was good. Very good customer service from the manager in charge, we came 3 month ago it was a different manager and we had a bad... experience but today's manager was extremely good she deserves 5 stars, and she definitely made our day. It was my wife'sbirthday and it was definitely remarkable. when you have good managers in charge you get good customer service and the wholeteam is up to standards. We stopped here on our way through Red Deer for dinner. The food we ordered was quite good and was as expected, but nothing out... of this world. The staff are also incredibly polite and friendly. However, the downside to our meal was that we were placedright beside the large windows on a 30+Celsius day and even with the blinds closed it was incredibly warm. The restaurant washalf empty, so it would have been nice to be placed somewhere away from the windows where it was noticeably cooler. Overall itwas not a bad experience, just a rather warm one! Terrible customer service! We made reservation for 10-15 people for dinner at 8:30pm, we had wing night plus pizza. They made... one of the wrong pizza, didn't even apologized for the mistake. I have to stand and go to the counter all the time I needsomething. No one is refilling our drinks. WE have to go to the counter to ask for drink refills. The guy who served us wentback to us just when were all done eating. The supervisor who help the waiter to serve us was not even serving us politely and not even smiling! The plates that we ask was serve almost after we all ate. Will never go back there again! Read more
Hot delicious fresh food, fun crowd and an incredible waiter. Server accommodated us with everything that we asked for as a... full table and was super friendly the whole time! We came with my family and wanted to have lunch, but we had to wait a very long time to be seated. As a result, we did not wait... and left hungry, although there were empty seats, we were sitting at the entrance, and the staff seemed not to pay attention tous.
