Had order food for my mother and my daughter, made a request of no sauce on the burger. When I arrived at home one burger was... fine, my daughters meal was fine, my burger was covered in sauce. Phoned the store to see what could be done, manager was notIn, only a supervisor. Was told I was approved to drive back to the store for a free burger... a free burger ? I had alreadypaid for a burger that was messed up, offered to send my email or give phone number to collect at another time. I love DQ. My go to is always a chocolate dipped cone. Consistancy from fast food outlets is what makes them a go to on road... trips. DQ usually has clean, fully functioning bathroomsI The toilets weren't flushing properly in the ladies washrooms and thedining area tables weren't very clean. They were busy when we arrived but had enough luls in the patronage to have someonecleaning tables. It was hard to find tables that were clean. Read more

We had a great experience here last week? we had ordered dilly bars for an employees last day and when they showed the ice cream... had melted and the bars were inedible. I called the store and without any hesitation the manager upgraded us to buster bars andpersonally delivered them within 30 minutes. Unbelievable service, thanks DQ. This DQ is by far the best in all of Red Deer. I never have issues with the staff, the food is always great, and they are the... only one in town that gives you your money's worth! If you ask for extra toppings, you actually get the extra toppings and noone tells you "they aren't allowed to do that". If I am paying for it, yes I can. DQ North, Pines Plaza, you rock! Read more

Dairy Queen in Pines Plaza had really good food. Our family ordered chicken strip baskets, a banana split and a hot fudge sundae... :) But their washrooms need some tending. The one toilet in the women's washroom was pretty lose and rickety. And the soapdispenser fell apart when I tried to use it. The men's washroom was also in need of some repair and TLC. Read more
