Dominos seems to have upped their game, or at least this location has. Ordered pan pizza twice now and both times it has been... great! Cheezy and greezy just like it should be. Friendly staff too! Well done. Read more
Took over an hour to get a cold pizza. I don't know what I was thinking considering the last time I ordered it wasn't any... better. Thought I would give them another chance, this pizza was rancid like the cheese was days old, it was honestly tasted sobad I threw the whole thing out. If I had more time I would have taken it back and fought for my $14 back. Read more
Iwalked in and ordered in person and waited for the food. Customer service was very good, helped me find a cheaper deal on 3... pizzas. Only reason they lost 1 star was I ordered a small gluten free pizza and it was not great. Too dark on the bottom andtough crust. Other 2 regular pizzas were quite good. Read more
I order the meal just about 12:05am while.driving to my hotel. Just as I got to my room the meal showed up. It was.a small pizza... and some wings. The person who delivered was so sweet. there was no invoice sent and the debit machine had issue connecting andprinting the receipt. She was so nice and warm and showed empathy and awareness of the next step...she also committed togetting me a copy of the bill. She was so sweet. The customer service was exceptional. However, the meal wasn't good. The pizzawas packed with tomato sauce ..lots of pepperoni and pineapple. The baking wasn't on par. I also ordered wings and it was set ina container or folio filled with honey garlic sauce - swimming in sauce. I like my wings dry with dip or in a small portion ofsauce. This was way too much. A dip would help as oppose to throwing everything and cover. update: The following morning Iemptied the container of the sauce and still had enough from the meat to warm it and eat it. The Vouchers were also left at thefront desk as promised by the delivery lady. I give her a 5 star for service but not able to rate domino's any further. It wasjust poor presentation of the meal. Lancaster Domino's has to be the worst place to order from, they constantly get my order wrong and the delivery time is always... double what they say, never again. Read more
