Stopped by Edo Japan in Bower Mall Red Deer today. The food was awesome! Fast, fresh, decent price! I ordered a Hawaiian chicken... bento box. It came with teriyaki chicken mixed with fresh pineapple, brocolli, carotts, cabbage & onions over a bed of deliciouswhite rice! The bento box came with 2 sides. I chose 2 spring rolls & 4 california sushi rolls. DELICIOUS! I also picked up acouple other dishes for the family, a sushi bento box & a spicy beef & chicken noodlefull bowl. We really enjoyed our lunch and we got a good portion for the cost. Everything tasted great and service was fast and friendly.... We will be back again! I recommend getting the spicy chili sauce on the side, it had a good heat and really added to the flavourof my beef noodle bowl. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the take out containers are weak and squish easy when stackedso be carefull on the drive home. Read more

The service is what earned this food court location a four star rating. The cooks were very much focused on speed over quality,... although it turned out acceptable. This visit, they shorted me on meat, and it tasted very plain. I would not recommend thegyoza at this location- they aren't as good as the stand-alone stores. I was in and out in minutes though. Maybe you might havebetter luck with the food. Read more
