Ordered two mediums. Charged two mediums. Got two smalls. Have boxes to prove it and manager/owner (tamara)... apparently.....wouldn't do a thing. Said yesterday she would come get the box but no show and I'm hung up on when I call. Awful customer service. Read more

Okay, admittedly, I am writing this review hungry. I had three guys help me do some yard work so my wife picked up some pizza... for us. The pizzas were tasty but overpriced and absolutely miniscule. I am hungry because 4 medium pizzas were a comfortablemeal for three people and my wife and I didn't eat. Never using them again unless their serving sizes get much larger. Read more
EDIT - the owners called and were great to deal with and have absolutely made it right. Excellent to see and will order pizza... there again. We ordered hot wings with ranch dip and the wings came with ranch on them! Gross! The Garlic fingers had the holecut for the dip but no dip was sent, pizza delivery was over 70 minutes, 20 minutes late. They asked us to not eat anything andthey would come back and get it and remake order. Seems waiting another 70 minutes is a little much to ask? opinions? Brutalexperience. Read more
Ordered Pizza last night, Ham and Pineapple with Mushroom which was virtually flavorless the Pepperoni and Ham tasted reasonable... at best. Crust isn't the greatest but not the worst in Red Deer. Unfortunately the Extra Large Pizza gets cut into littleunmanageable squares. Strongly recommend you request your Pizza to be cut the traditional way for a slightly better experience. Honestly, it was not worth the 50 bucks and will not be returning our business to Family Pizza. 'E' for Effort! The Staff wasnot interested in any feedback at all. Enjoy! Read more
My only regret is not living in Red Deer. Their pizza is delicious and a very good price as it's 2 for 1. My wife is celiac so... we ordered the cauliflower crust for all of them and I literally couldn't believe how good it was... I actually asked the guyjust to be sure it wasn't the regular crust. Nope it was cauliflower crust. Also the service was outstanding my three year olddaughter said thank you I love you! She's pretty picky and she said this was her favourite pizza she's ever had. One of the best places for pizza! The flavour and the crust is delicious! I wish they had a place in Sylvan Lake !
