Called in to order my family food. Couldn't understand the person on the phone so ordered online. Then wanted an extra marinara... sauce and they refused to add it as we already paid for our order and they weren't about to lose 2$ worth of sauce. They refusedto send it with the delivery driver as well. Called in again and same thing he couldn't understand my issue because he couldhardly speak English! Read more
Can't seem to get enough of their stuffed crust pepperoni pizza... it's the best! Their pricing is very affordable, their... kitchen is clean and their service is efficient (like 10-15 min for pick up) and professional or least they are at the PinesPlaza Red Deer location. Definitely would recommend this place to others. Read more
deserves 0 stars, did an online order 3 days prior to needing it for a 630pm pickup, I get off work at 6 so the earliest I can... pick up is 630, order placed, no problem, 2 hours before I'm supposed to pick up my order I get a phone call saying that thestore closes at 6pm that night (Christmas eve) so I cant pick up after that, if the store is closing at 6pm then why could Iplace my order to be picked up at 630 and why didn't I get a call 1 or 2 days earlier saying they couldn't fulfil the order pickup time because they're closing early or at least the morning of the day when my order is supposed to be getting picked up, verypoor service in my opinion. The lady that called me said I can cancel my order on the app, looked on there and there is nooptions for cancelling an order, called the store back and she didn't know what to do. this location will never see any of mymoney in the future. ... maybe better cold? Greasy, pretty "thrifty" on the toppings and the crust bottom was floppy beyond belief, nearly loosing... the gold. On the other hand service was fast and friendly. Was in and out in 8 minutes! Very clean and organized store. Read more
This pizza was horrible. Pizza was old and burnt. Most of the pepperoni had black burnt sides and made the pizza bitter and... disgusting. Probably one of the worst pizza I had ever ate. Cheese was ok and the crust was dry. I believed if they would giveus a fresh pizza, it would have been better. Customer service and atmosphere was okay. Read more
