Had not seen my grandchildren for 2-3 years. Went to get food with the youngest one. After a short delay before getting our... order, was given a sincere apology for the wait. Still not sure why, but thank you. Getting outside I noticed the managertalking to my grandchild, I had not noticed until we were crossing the parking that she had given him a small ice cream cone. Although I have no way to proof this I'm going to offer anyway...absolutely the worst McDonalds in Canada. And that says a lot.... Orders are wrong approximately 50% of the time, service is slow by franchise standards, the food is haphazardly smashed in acarton (to be fair it all is but these people take it to a new level) and seemingly leaderless when you have to trudge in (yetagain) to explain what's not right today. The food (when it's right) isn't prepared even close to what you thought you knewabout what you ordered....overcooked, undercooked...take your pick. Oh...and don't order fries. It seems to confuse them andyou'll have to wait. The owner of this particular location should have it taken away. That's all. Read more

The drive thru staff are incredibly rude. I was asked to move forward with no one behind me and because I said no I?m not... blocking anyone I got dirty looks and my food basically tossed at me. I wish I could give no stars I didn?t even get the freesmile promised. Read more

Do you like sitting at a intercom for 7... minutes unanswered so that the next car pulling into the isle beside you can order immediately and usurp your spot in line? Isyour intent of ordering fast food to have 30 minutes to prepare for your Luke-warm meal? Do you seek the thrill and suspense ofreceiving some of what you ordered, and most of what you didn?t? Well ladies and gentleman. I present the perfect place foryou! Because believe me. As all who attend can proclaim. If you need to extend your lunch break here?s your ticket. No meal outthe window in under 30 minutes guaranteed! And that sweet ole reliable disappointment with every order guaranteed to be anythingbut exactly as ordered. And to top it off you get the above and beyond disrespectful service only our staff can deliver. I meanwho hasn?t wanted to be yelled overtop of and then treated with absolute distain when that person who usurped your spot in linewho took off without paying because the 2 staff members at the window are to busy with each other to notice that neither tookpayment. If what your seeking is the pinnacle of that ?less than one star experience?. Then your search is over. Here is yourpalace. Welcome to your haven of disappointment. And let?s be real. Being that we are looking at a McDonald?s?. You canunderstand how hard this location has had to work to set such a exemplary place of lowest bars. But there are all types ofpeople. In August 8, 2022, I and my friends came to this branch because it was the closest to Discovery Canyon where our family were. I... would have given this branch 0 star but gave 2 instead due to the other Asian lady that was nice to us. The native lady (maybethe manager?) that handed our orders had been throwing to the counter the happy meals and other items that I have bought for myfamily! She also complained that they were already out of french fries! What a very rude gesture! If I had a bad day and my kidswere there and saw what she did, I would have really complained!! My other friend told me too that same lady treated him thesame way which I learned when we were out at the parking lot. Read more

Worst experience ever! Woman up at front counter on July 15th, 2:50pm should not be in customer service. Had to ask for soft... drinks, she told me to get them myself.. which was fine except I had no cups to put them in. She slammed the cups on the counterand my husband asked if they were larges as per our order. She snatched them, threw them in the garbage and smacked the largecups down on the counter. Got to the car, took food out, she gave a milk rather than the chocolate milk I paid extra for, so ofcourse again I took it back, apologized myself for them messing up the order, she checked the receipt, grabbed the milk, threwand I mean a wind up throw in the garbage, I said thank you and there wasn?t a boo let alone a smile from her. Horrible! I feltshe hated her job and was taking it out on me. I also had only nine nuggets in my 10pc meal, but just kept that to myself andsucked it up rather than dealing with her again. Since they have no customer service and their 'Contact Form' constantly fails to send then here it is through the review. To... whom it may concern, My wife and I went to the location in Clearview here in Red Deer Alberta Canada, as it was my first timeback in years as I kept getting sick. I thought I would start with something simple; I ordered a poutine and 10 nuggets withsmall fries for my wife. We confirmed the order with the lady a few times as the intercom was very static. When we got to thewindow we were greeted by a very friendly staff. However, once we were at home and opened our order the smiles disappeared fromour faces. The box with the poutine was less than half full and there were only 8 nuggets in the other. If prices go up, that isfine BUT should not be cheaping out with the amount. Due to us being in hurry we had no time to go back and return the order aswe never even received our receipt even though we were told that it was in the bag. I should be thankful that this happened,even though it was my first time back in 10 years, as now I will never go back to another McDonald's locations again. P.S. ifthis is how you guys operate then you can keep the coupons. I can only imagine how many customers are being duped and rippedoff. It is ridiculous we have to still give a single star just to post a review. Read more
