I have been ordering pizza from here for a few years now and the Pizza and dip are great until recently. The last two times I... have ordered the creamy dill dip it has been chucky and runny. It is to be thick. I called the store and asked them to go grab adip and open it to see what it looks like? the kid said nothing I can do and cut me off and put me through to customer servicewhich was pretty much the same thing.. Ordered online for a pick up order. Got my order and went home - once we opened the box the pizza, which was supposed to be... Donair, only had the extra toppings we requested, but none of the base ingredients. Called to let the store know and wasoffered a $15 in store credit. Not impressed at all. Read more
Pizza was cold by the time it got here so my cheese wasn't melted. I also ordered extra cheese which I didn't get. The delivery... guy was rude and surprised when he didn't receive a tip. Then when I tried to call into customer support it took so long I justhung up. At least it came with the beer. Won't be ordering from here again though. I visited pizza 73 almost after 3 years as I have never seen this kind of excellent services provided by front guy as he made... our pizza whole hearted putting enough cheese and toppings. I have been attending this location for years. The quality has been consistent and the speed at which food is ready has as... well. The staff are very friendly and even helped me out once after I lost my cellphone in the parking lot. They were veryfriendly but still made sure I was the owner of the phone before simply giving it to me. Read more
I ordered a pizza and wings tool over a hour and still didn't get my order customer service phoned and was because roads are bad... it was hour and half they still didn't show up now it is 1030 pm I still didn't get a phone call from them so I called customerservice back and didn't even do anything for me. I will never order from them again. My advice is to call pizza hut as they hadmy pizza to me in 30 minutes. on the same roads as what pizza 73 said that is why took so long. Read more
