Best customer service experience I have had in a long time. Baritsa was enthusastic and engaging, greeted me with a huge smile.... She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzlingcaramel down the sides of the cup. This location is the slowest I?ve ever seen. You cannot have just one server here working. Along with every drink I was just... served did not taste cores t. Don?t have this location if it cannot have the same reputation as others. I ordered a grandeLondon fog and a grande apple crisp macchiato. The gentleman serving me looked like he had no idea how to make them. Not tomention he was slower then molasses watching him make the drinks. Read more
