No care at all from staff. Robots, dont listen to the customer. Lettuce had a couple of bad bits, green pepper, big hard chunk... of heel. Yesterday's bread. Asked for light sauce, ignored. Asked for just pepper, got salt and pepper. Customer before me wasan older lady, staff was a bit rude to her I thought.. "What sauces?" The staff bluntly said. She was slow to answer, staff eyeroll. "Mayo" the lady said, "aaaannndd" the staffer dryly states. Rude Old bread old cookies poorly ran. Poorly made andultimately gross messy sandwich. Hire staff that care and listen. Have fresh product. What a mess, worst sub I?ve ever gotten from a subway, old wilted veggies and a swamps worth of sauce. So much for eat fresh.

Ordered 2 subs. 1 6 inch 1 foot long. They switched the ingredients and still didn't get the ingredients right on either one.... Definitely will not Order from this location again!!! Only go to the on on 67th and Taylor!!! Never have an order wrong there!!! Read more

Usually don?t have issues when I go here but today the veggies were not fresh. There was no one in line and the worker was in... the back.. did not replenish the veggies that were pretty much empty so I was given the scraps. Yellow lettuce and sad tomatoes.Terrible salad, all for almost $10 would not recommend!! Sadly the only partially healthy spot in parkland mall. Read more

I've always liked our Subway in Stettler, especially the beef barley soup! It's so good!!! But on my last visit there, the girl... that was doing the veggies and sauces didn't listen to me at all. When I say "...and a little bit of Southwest Sauce", thatdoesn't mean drown my sub in Southwest sauce. That wasn't the only thing though, she would only put a small amount of lettuce onthe subs and it the lettuce didn't even cover the whole sandwich! My sub was so unappealing that I didn't even eat it.Eventually I will eat there again. Hopefully management notices these things and trains their staff to listen to exactly whatthe customer says. When i approached the counter i could tell the woman taking my order was already annoyed that she had to sevre me because i was... interupting her personal conversation she was having with a co worker. Then she couldnt be bothered to get my order done rightand i had to tell her 3 times that i wanted a second sub. It also didnt help that i explained my order to one person first thenshe took over for him and i had to explain it again. She was extremely unfriendly and ignorant. If she doesnt want to do her jobshe shouldnt go to work. In my opinion an employee with that attitude losses more customers then they are worth. I will neverreturn to the parkland subway. would not of paid for my sub if i knew it was gonna burn my mouth she put so much mustard on it. The girl that works the evening... shift put so much mustard on my sub i couldnt eat it. It was beyond being able to wipe it off and had no idea or i would havesaid something before i left. Shes done this once before im not going back to this location go somewhere else.
