The food was fantastic. But, the concerns I have is that all the baby seats are totally broken, when we brought baby to... restaurant we didn?t find even one safe baby seat for her. The middle on the both available baby seats we were cut and onedidn?t even have functional straps to strap her in. Read more

Called in wanting to purchase a couple platters for a group and got transferred to 3 different people before I got told that I... can?t because I have to order 24hours in advance. I do understand that but the lady who I talked to was very rude andcondescending. This is not my first bad experience either. Will not be recommending or eating here again. Follow up to thisplace. I decided that I would give this place one more shot to change my mind. Since it is the only drive thru Subway in RedDeer. Customer service was great.... Food was good and almost all staff was good except for the short older lady. She was not friendly and rude. She was also... extremely rude when I asked her if she could grab a different bottle of sauce because the one she was trying to use barely putanything onto my sandwich as it was empty.
