Wow. Can we say incompetent? The 2 "staff" working tonight must be brand new. Sandwiches made wrong. Can't use coupons on wraps... (but you can substitute everything from a sandwich, into a wrap???). Dropped ingredients twice. Forgot ingredients. Can'tperform basic math........with the use of a CALCULATOR (register) to give back 50 cents in change. I was thoroughly embarrassedto have even ordered food here. I understand. Fast food, get what you pay for, etc.....but come on. This was excessive. Neveragain. Read more
Do not eat here! I got food poisoning from the food on Monday. I've been sick all week! Ended up lasting almost 8 days

Went here to pick up dinner. The kid at the register yelled to the back that I was waiting 6 times. They just kept saying "what"... and waiting in the back. While the guy was making my sandwich he was constantly talking to his co-workers and even yelling tothem and messed up 2 of my requests. I had to correct him twice and he just said "oh" each time. Even the manager in the backwas talking to him while I was trying to tell him what I wanted. Very rude and very annoying. Read more

Went to this location today and had an awful experience. The employee, Mike, who was making my sandwich was berating his... coworker who was making my boyfriends sandwich. He was incredibly rude and made sure his comments were loud enough for thecustomers to hear. After the coworker (I didn?t see her name) was finished wrapping my boyfriends sandwich Mike turned to me andsaid ?at least your sandwich will be good?. I feel embarrassed for him and sad for anyone who has to work with him. Read more

ordered in Lunch for a few staff member's, spent well over $150.00 for the order, you would think they would get it right but... NO!!! stated to put dressing on the side as one of the staff could not have any gluten and when I got the order the dressing wasplastered!!! all over the salad, I have ordered Salads from Subways lots of times and this is the "FIRST!!!" time the dressingcame plastered all over the salad, Since when does a restaurant put the salad dressing all over the customers salad anyways,needless to say that staff member was not able to eat his lunch, Thanks a lot(saying sarcastically), Maybe next time follow theinstructions that are given Skip driver was good though, he actually followed instructions Read more
