Owner is cheap. Could not give me a free large empty cup after charging me 20 dollars.

Great vegan options, really friendly staff and food is always good. The Thai iced tea is great and vegan.

I paid 13 for a Tiny tiny box of pad Thai, it could have been frozen store bought based on taste, honestly I was shocked they... asked for a tip without providing any actual service, I asked for peanuts and Hoi sauce and the lady gave me soya, what adisaster!! Read more

I wanted a crepe but with 15 minutes until close, I guess I was too late? I chose this place instead and when I asked if I was... too late the gentleman behind the counter said "No, you have more than ten minutes, that's lots of time!" I asked what thespecials were and then asked which he recommended and then chose. I was very happy with his recommendation and explanations. While I waited for my food I used the ATM and came back and asked for change and he was happy to give me 2 10s for my 20. Igrabbed my food and brought it home but not before he asked me if I wanted any sauces or utensils and which ones etc. Then Isaw him in the parking lot and asked him to boost my vehicle and for the shirt off of his back and he obliged. That last lineis a joke but you get it; the service is great and the food was great! Read more

Portion sizes are great. It?s more than enough for me for a meal and I usually take some home. I really enjoy the curry. The... flavour is excellent and not too spicy unless you want it to be and then they will add spice. There is very little in it otherthan rice though. There are a few vegetables on top and you can choose a protein. This time I chose vegetables as my protein andit was such a small amount of vegetables for the huge amount of rice in my bowl. My friend who ordered shrimp as her protein got6 shrimp in her dish. I think it would be better to get it in a bowl/plate rather than the takeout box, as the box is so packedthat it?s very hard to get to the rice on the bottom. Read more

Food is alright but portions are waaaay too small. I understand the need to portion food but based on what you're paying for... which is around $12-14 with a drink, these portions do not make sense with what you're paying. Thai express in certain placesfill your whole plate with food, while this place hardly touches the diameter. Only a gourmet dinner warrants these kinds ofportions and their fried rice doesn't even come close. Read more

Dear Thai Express, I visited you today and Ordered a number six to get a pad salad. I was served what you see in the picture... which is not a pad salad. I was told because I didn?t say pad salad that is why it was served on rice. I was under theimpression by ordering ?by saying a number six? would automatically be a pad salad. As my lunch breaks are short I didn?t havetime to let them remake it. However I was upset with the fact that I ordered a number six pad salad (which is clearly marked onthe menu as a salad) and shouldn?t have had to say I want that as a salad. To also have the staff argue with me what I orderedand treat me like I incapable as well as a liar. While staring at me with a dumbfounded expression. So much for enjoying ameal I paid for! Read more
