The Vietnamese food was delicious that we tried. The spring rolls, salad rolls, and sub were delicious. The setting is nice and... the staff were friendly enough. The Chinese food we ordered lacked flavour and truthfully, I think all had the same broth. Thechicken chow mein was terrible, no flavour, and the ?egg noodles? were identical to cup noodles. The beef stirfry on rice hadthe same gravy as the chicken chow mein. The wor wonton soup was nearly flavourless. We should have tried the pho and bun, Isuspect it would have been a much better meal. Stop by red... deer after camping in the Rockies saw almost 5 stars and was so hyped up because me and my friends and family were starving butwas so disappointed about the food. Thap Ba, is hands down the best Vietnamese food I've had!! I'm fully addicted!! They offer delivery, they are decently priced. I... highly recommend the special Vietnamese sub, or the chicken satay sub, they are both delicious. The spring rolls are reallygood, the Pho Beef noodle soup is my go to. Very quick from the time I ordered to when my food was ready (no more than 15 minutes). Food tastes great. Lots of meat, not... many vegetables in the vermicelli. 3 sauces provided. Great prices. Read more
This is our go to Vietnamese restaurant in Red Deer and probably order take out from there once every 2 weeks. The food is... always super hot, fresh and the portion sizes are generous. I typically order the #16 beef noodle soup (a little bit spicy) andmy husband usually gets #24 grilled pork and spring roll vermicelli bowl and we share an order of the chicken and shrimp saladrolls.
