They were awesome! Very friendly and polite. The battle axe in front of me screaming at the girls working there because she... was upset however was terrible. To anyone reading this if you're going to cause a big scene, "call head office" and just beall around miserable over a $2 coffee... do everyone else in the city a favor and stay home. management needs to hire more people because they are clearly understaffed. My bagel was burnt and it is unclear whether they... put dairy or oat milk in my drink when I specifically asked for oat. it is not their fault, they just need more hands on deck. Read more
They have shorter hours here and they don't have much left other then coffee within an hour or more of closing. Not much they... can do about it without more waste, but not super convenient after late shifts either. Read more
Always slow service, but I love my steeped tea ???? The counter service consistently good. Having the drive-through being a... priority sucks for those that line up. Drink only lines would help like a few major centre's. Read more
These people really need to up their service speed. This is the most consistently slow location in all of Central Alberta. In... the time you spend waiting in drive through, you could make your own coffee and bake your own donuts. And the staff attitudeneeds an upgrade as well. Great people working here. Sometimes it's a small wait but they'll let me know they'll serve me shortly. It gives me time to... think of something to get anyway. I'm starting to get to know the staff some more and it's nice engaging in small conversationsafter the short waits. Read more
