I would?ve liked to of added a picture to this review. I ordered an iced coffee with no ice and the drink they offered was... filled to the to of the S in Hortons. Very disappointing. When I asked about it, they said ?that?s how we offer them if youdon?t get ice?. What a rip off! I?ve ordered this drink many times, even at this location and have never been offered a drinklike that. Read more

He oil xan woth a side of hasbrowns. Didn't get whole order from drive through, had to go in and get the rest, also the bagels... were burnt on the edges (black). Worst location for quality food I have ever been to. Had to through food out and go toMcDonald's up the road.pretty sad when McDonald's has better service and quality! Read more

I would give zero this morning if I could. I regularly go there and no problems but today guess novice people on. They made my... speciality tea with cold water. I get to work and shocked. On calling not offered resolution. At previous city I lived in theyused to take e details and rectify. I got neither and start my day without nice hot beverage on cold winter morning. Wouldn?t recommend this specific location. Covid has been a huge issue & I?ve noticed multiple staff members here appear sick... and unfit for work, yet still at work handling food and drinks. I now have a scratchy throat and must call in for MY JOB.Could?ve been from something else but considering the fact that I felt fine before and the fact that someone who was coughingand slurping their snot was handling my order disgusts me. We are still struggling with covid, too. Do better. Nobody should behandling any food or drinks in that condition whatsoever. Read more

Rude staff. Was there a few days ago at drive through. Girl at window had her mic turned way down. Was coming out the speaker... quieter than a whisper. When I pulled up I casually and politely told the cashier that the volume was too low to hear. I didn'twant to make a big deal out of it since I've had my fair share of karen interactions as well. I was treated to rolled eyes and asnotty look shared between her and a nearby staff member. I stayed silent. Never had such open and unnecessary attitude from acashier. I'm mid 20s with average hearing. The problem was on their end. Working fast food sucks, so I always try to beextremely polite. I guess some people are just miserable. She got someone else to bring me my food. That girl was moreunfriendly than the first. Coffee tasted like water that was flavored with coffee. Same as always. Sandwiches were just as badas this location always seems to provide. Hopefully nobody spat in my food for my apparent offense. Yeah... I'm not giving thisplace any more chances. Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Read more

I've been here about 4 times now and each time it's incredibly slow, and I seem to get the same girl who never smiles and has a... monotone way of speaking, always dull really.. It sucks to say that but today was especially weird with her. My mum ordered abreakfast sandwich and a donut, and she said "okay so sandwich, and muffin"... no.. but my mom rolled with it. She also askedfor the muffin to be heated. We got to the window, still speaking monotone, and when my mum grabbed her muffin it didn't feelheated like it usually does, and my mom asked if it was heated. This girl just stared at us.. for the longest most uncomfortableamount of time, totally clueless of what my mom was saying even after repeating it 3 times. She eventually grabbed the bag mymom handed her, and held it for a while. Mom asked again if it was heated, she finally.. slowly.. said "yes it was". It wasn'theated. My sandwich was also slapped together real sloppy for the 2nd time. I really wanna know what's up with robot girl causethat was incredibly unusual today just being stared at like that ???? Read more

I just left Tims half way through my morning coffee. A loud and obnoxious lawyer came into the shop. First he asked my to move... as he wanted my chair !! He proceeded to conduct his personal business at an volume high enough to disrupt everyone in thebuilding. He yelled at plus demanded of the staff. Even the lady with him was bothered by his behavior. He was talking with thecourt in a coffee shop !! I finally could not stand him and had a discussion with him about his behavior and left. His onlyconcern was jumping quickly into my chair. I would like to note that if homeless people come in and sit quietly in the cornerthey are kicked out. Why is this loud, obnoxious person not kicked out just because he is a lawyer ? I will find a quieter placeto have morning coffee from now on. Read more

Honestly exhausted with red deers tim Hortons in general! but this location in particular is just something else. How can you... get the order wrong EVERY time! Even when its not busy at all (I don't just mean a coffee either its food, drinks, all of it). Inever believed in reviews before but apparently this is the only way to possibly make a change because talking to you guys seemsto do nothing. I have worked at tims before and it can certainly be stressful but there is no excuse for this any longer. PLEASEPROPERLY TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!! People work hard for their money and use a drive thru because they're in a hurry and getting theorder wrong every once in a while is fine and everyone is human but almost EVERY TIME is just unbelievable especially when I'vebeen asked and confirmed my order on the screen is correct. Having to take time to stop and go back costs me more then the fooditself! So a "complementary"replacement for the item is of no help especially when its what i paid for already. (Before anyideas of I should just check my bag before leaving decide to come out I do most of the time and make them fix it but honestly Ishouldn't have to) from this point forward I will just be posting reviews everytime this is an issue.
