I had an unpleasant experience this morning at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a drink and did not receive it right away. I waited... approximately 10 minutes, less than 10 minutes before my class started, no acknowledgment. Other people were receiving theirorders. Then I finally got the attention of one of the older staff. She claimed that she "thought I received it already", withan attitude, as though it was my fault! It is not my fault that the staff cannot complete orders. I do not recommend thislocation to any RDP students and staff. If I could find a number for this location, I would call and speak to the manager abouttheir staff. Read more

I've had the misfortune of having to switch to this Tims as my morning coffee stop and the service is garbage constant glares... and eye rolling if you ask for anything slightly out of the ordinary because you just ruined that workers day. The saddest thingis that the coffee and breakfast wraps are usually on point and better than your average Tims but the customer service kills it. Read more

Unfortunately this Tims usually runs quite slowly and features employees who don't seem to be monitored for service and overall... people skills. They should expect to be busy as they are in a college, but they always seem to be surprised by long lines. Achronic issue as well is employees who don't talk loud enough for you to hear behind their mask and the plexiglass barrier.Thankfully the food and coffee is as good as you could hope and cheaper than the Starbucks down the hall.
