Unfortunately this Tims usually runs quite slowly and features employees who don't seem to be monitored for service and overall... people skills. They should expect to be busy as they are in a college, but they always seem to be surprised by long lines. Achronic issue as well is employees who don't talk loud enough for you to hear behind their mask and the plexiglass barrier.Thankfully the food and coffee is as good as you could hope and cheaper than the Starbucks down the hall. I had an unpleasant experience this morning at this Tim Hortons. I ordered a drink and did not receive it right away. I waited... approximately 10 minutes, less than 10 minutes before my class started, no acknowledgment. Other people were receiving theirorders. Then I finally got the attention of one of the older staff. She claimed that she "thought I received it already", withan attitude, as though it was my fault! It is not my fault that the staff cannot complete orders. I do not recommend thislocation to any RDP students and staff. If I could find a number for this location, I would call and speak to the manager abouttheir staff. Read more

Identical to pretty much every other kiosk style Tim Horton' s. It's location in parkland mall ensures it sees a very steady... stream of traffic with at least a short line in place. Read more

Staff is great. But every single time I ask for a white milk I am told they only have chocolate. I love chocolate milk so... disaster averted. Read more

I've had the misfortune of having to switch to this Tims as my morning coffee stop and the service is garbage constant glares... and eye rolling if you ask for anything slightly out of the ordinary because you just ruined that workers day. The saddest thingis that the coffee and breakfast wraps are usually on point and better than your average Tims but the customer service kills it. Read more

The staff seemed friendly and there was one staff member who was doing training but none of the staff at register knew how to... accept a payment from the Tim Horton's app. When I asked about scanning the Tim Horton's reward card, again using the App, 3 ofthe staff stood around looking confused. One of the staff finally said that they don't do the reward cards at that location. Wow! At least they got my order right ... Read more

Younger Cachiers need to slow down and LISTEN to what's being ordered. Younger staff also don't communicate with each other at... all. My order is either always wrong OR I'm waiting forever for it because they forgot. I think 1/9 times I've ordered, they'veactually complied when I requested no tomatoes. Or half the time my drink order is wrong. Just close it and open a mcCafe. Read more

Staff is really friendly but it always takes soooooo long to get anything, and they usually forget to give you something out of... your order, they are constantly out of things ( food and drink ) it?s takes roughly 15-20 mins to get to the till alone. It?s sofrustrating when you have class and go early to get something and you have to leave the line because it took too long. Read more
