Whenever this place makes a mistake on your order they don't even open the drive thru window to fix the problem they leave you... sitting there at the window with a messed up order even if there is a long line. This has happened many times at this location.The lady managing it is not fit to run any establishment she is extremely disrespectful and let's her staff treat customershorribly. Besides the way you are treated they also get 90% of orders wrong. Do not recommend this location at all. Needs newmanagement all together. Read more

I just recently moved here to Red Deer, and have had nothing but bad experiences with this location. I have only gone there 3... times, and will not return, but they have yet to get a drive thru order correct, and the customer service is below par forsure. On my last visit, I ordered a regular chili with a white bun. A very simple order. I checked the bag when they gave me myorder (as they never get it right), and there was this half chunk of bread in the bag. I returned the chunk of bread and askedfor a complete white bun (as is always provided at any other Tim's I have been to in either BC or Alberta). They refused, andsaid they only gave a 1/2 bun with chili. I told the cashier that this was unacceptable to me, as they were charging the sameprice for the meal as all other Tim's, but weren't providing the full meal that all the others provided. They still refused toprovide a full bun unless I wanted to pay extra. The manager would not even come to the window when I asked for them, they justtold the cashier to say no. So, I told them to give me my money back, and I returned the meal. It took them 10 minutes toaccomplish the return. I felt bad holding up the folks behind me in drive-thru, but I was just not willing to pay full price fora meal I was only getting a portion of. A bun may be a small thing to most, but it is my favorite part of the meal, and I feltcheated. With the lack of response from the manager I called head office to relay my experience. They didn't seem to understandthe '1/2 bun' thing either, and confirmed that there was no new practice in place for that. So I will not return to Tim's, and Ihope that the head office actually does something about it. Cheaping out while still charging full price is not ok with me. :( Read more

The worst customer service of any time Hortons I've been too. I ordered a drink and they did not give me a straw I had sat out... side the window getting there attention and when they seen me they just ignored me and made me drive through again to get thestraw they did not give me. I was not even rude once to the workers and they just treat you horribly anyway. I don't recommendthis location as even when you try to contact the manager you are not able to. Horrible customer service all around. And theworkers response was just extremely unprofessional. Read more

Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a small decaff with a large cup of ice. I have caffeine sensitivity and have been... hospitalized due to it. Even though decaff has some, its not enough to affect me, I explained this to the cashier. They saidthey had no ice. I said in that case I don't need the coffee in 30c wether then. She was really snarky in her response, "sobecause I won't give you ice now you don't want the coffee? I said they should put a sign on the order window so people knowthey can't get an ice coffee, I wouldn't have order it if they told me at the order window they couldnt fulfill my order. I wastold they had ice for paying customers but they can't just "give ice away too everyone or we wouldn't have any ice", I explained(again) they they don't offer a decaff ice coffee and that I really can't (medically) order the normal one and that I AM apaying customer, but she was zoned out and didn't really hear any of the rest of the conversation. I've been making my icecoffee like this at this location for 20+ years, but it's no longer allowed, they don't even give an option to pay for the ice,you have to order something that has ice in it or they will refuse you. I went through drive through to get the remake of my farmers breakfast wrap today because Monday when I got one they forgot to... put any hashbrown in it. I had called Monday after it happened and they took my name and number and assured me they would remakeit. None of the employees new any info and I had to repeat myself 5 times to 2 different employees. Finally I told the guy I wastalking to if they didn't know what I was talking about I would just pay because I didn't want to hold everyone up in line. Ihad to repeat this twice to him and repeat my order again. Finally I asked if he could hurry up because as I said I didn't wantto be holding up the line. He interrupted me as I was saying this and said "Oh Yea, hurry up hurry up" in the rudest tone I haveever heard. I drove ahead and when I got to the window I told them "If that is how you act I won't be coming here again." Towhich his reply was " Good, don't". Now I was frustrated and probly a little impatient because I had been in line for 10 minswaiting in the opposite lane before I managed to get into the lane that was moving because the one I was in wasn't moving and Iwas just watching as the cars drive past beside me. However I wasn't being overly rude and I wasn't ignorant to him so I don'tsee how what he did was in any way ok or acceptable to me.
