How are you guys constantly out of almost half of your menu consistently for almost a year? I can understand a temporary delay... in some products or shortage, ok but every single time regardless of when I stop here this SPECIFIC arbys has so muchunavailable. Read more
Changing my rating from 5 stars to 2. I agree with nearly everyone else who has reviewed in the last 6 months. They never have... anything in stock. This time, they had a full sheet of stuff that was 86'd posted to the drive thru with a number of items thatwere hand written as well. After ordering, I found out they were out of their sauces too. Having worked food service, Iunderstand having a run on an item and running out, but half the menu and for 6 straight months? I doubt this Arby's will beopen in another 6 months. I give it 2 stars because what food they do have is actually good. Read more
Food was fine. But for the last new months, they are out of so many products. They actually have to post a list of what they... are out of when you pull up to the drive-thru kiosk. It's difficult to get what you want. I thought perhaps it was because ofthe pandemic, but other Arby's in the area seem to be well stocked. Read more
Just bought supper and had chicken sandwiches..... it was disgusting!!! Straight rubber. We couldn't eat it. So we ate the... sandwich without the chicken. Lovely since this was our supper. I'm pretty sure its going to be along time before we waste ourmoney there again. Read more
I was apart of the first 50 club!!!! I was number 20 and waited two and a half hours .I was told that managers like to give Club... 50 members a hard time when redeeming coupons. I really hope this is not the case! I will find out in the future and adjust myrating accordingly. Update! 9/28/18 so far all of management has been nothing but courteous and respectful. I'll tell you onething though everything I've had has been amazing! Even the employees have been kind and courteous. I recently tried a gyro forthe first time and of course I got the kind that's officially Greek. For the life of me I never thought I'd love it the way Idid. I definitely got a new favorite sandwich. I even called that one 800 number where they tell you what sandwich to order. Iended up getting the chicken and swiss with the bacon. But I left off the Swiss cuz I don't like Swiss. That was really goodtoo. I'm a very picky eater so it's hard for me to find what I like. So being part of the first 50 Club has given theopportunity to try every sandwich on the menu. I'll be back with another update in a couple months. 12/16/18 Update I had totake two stars. Lately they have been a little grumpy. They also can never remember to put the sauses in the bag. It'shappened 3 times now. Hopefully I get to give them a 5 again in the future. I look forward to it. Update! 03/13/19 I'vedropped it down to 2 stars. The food is great! But now I feel uncomfortable using my first 50 card. The employees get very upsetwhen I use it. They used to let us get a large but now we are only allowed to have the small. They have been given larges outsince the begining. The gurl said it was cause the GM was freaking on them for it. They used to have great customer service butidk what happened. They give us such a hard time now. I waited outside for 3 hrs for my first 50 card. It's really sad the waythey treat us. Like we ripped them off. But we didn't. I don't like going in no more. Bought classic cheddar roast beef meal. Took to work to eat. The curly fries were so over cooked that you could not taste any... spices. If I could post a picture I would. They were dark brown and hard. Greasy too. Read more
