this mcdonald?s has very poor service i sat in line for 20 mins and then we get to the window to get our food and this employee... tossed our drinks in our window with a cup holder and when we asked for two sauces the employee gave me the dirtiest look andwhen i said thank you she slammed the window on my face. we were here on sunday at 2:00. it was a young girl at the window. If you have 2 lanes of drive thru, maybe you should do something to make both lanes operational. Arrived approx 630 on 8/3/22.... Outside lane could not get served. I just want to thank the employees who were working 7/1/2022 around 7:30pm! We came in with a lot of kids (all under 8 years... old) around that time. My mother-in-law and I had my 2 kids and my 2 nephews that we brought in for dinner, and then my brotherand sister-in-law brought their two girls to have dessert with us. 4 adults and 6 kids and all the cousins were so excited to bewith each other and they were loud and out of control even though we tried to calm them down. We ordered a lot of food to feedthem all and it was brought out quickly and it was hot and fresh. The kids ate more than I?ve ever seen them eat in one sitting!We went back up and ordered ice cream and that was ready quickly as well even though a rush of people came in around that time.I?m visiting from Florida and it?s been so long since I?ve had McDonalds ice cream because the machines at our home store arealways broken. I don't generally complain much, but today has overall been a rough day. It was around 8 o'clock at night, I walk in an order a... chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. When I get home, there was no chicken on my sandwich at all. Now, I'm too respectful, Idon't wanna go back and make a fuss about something that probably was a mistake, but I just want people to be aware. Many ordersat the Lombard McDs have had missing parts, were wrongly made, or were overall not to standards. Hopefully, they're able to fixtheir issues and get back to produce better product. I took my girls to lunch today. This is how many fries they gave me. After I told the manager she said that?s actually how we... fill them up. I?m sorry but there?s like 10 fries in there and you want someone to pay full price for that smh. All my otherfood was cold. I understand they are short staffed but come on people! I was so disgusted at the drive through order we received. After picking it up and driving home about 10 minutes we unpacked... and served it to our kids. We had rotten, vinegary smelling tomatoes on the chicken club. The chicken was pink in the center. We order a 20 nugget for one child, they were wet and cold. It didn't even look like they were cooked right. The fries werelimp, soggy and had so much salt on them they were unable to be swallowed. Last the quarter pounder was not cooked well. Itwas pink in the center and cold. Upon calling McDonalds I got a brand new manager who told me, nothing they could do, becausewe had already taken the food home. And that we should have checked it at the establishment. This was the absolute mostdisgusting fast food experience my family has ever had. This McDonalds needs work, need a new cook, new fry maker and manager. Read more
Ordered a 10 piece cook to order nugget and they came out harder than a rock and I told the manager and the second time getting... them I got 7 nuggets and a fish filet at the bottom of the box. Read more
