We had the best experience at this restaurant on our girls trip. The wine was wonderful, the food was amazing, and the... environment was so fun! Just as we were finishing our supper, the lights dimmed, flashed, and then the song YMCA came on. Wewere singing, dancing, and having an awesome time! As were other people around us! The staff is very attentive and the ambiance is light and airy. The food however was a disappointment. I ordered the... calamari/zucchini . And it was just ok. I liked the fact that it was very lightly breaded/fried. Then for my main course I hadthe pasta with tomato sauce and shrimp. It was supposed to be the Fusilloni with shrimp. It came as orecchiette and wasunfortunately very undercooked. I appreciate al dente pasta but this was extremely gummy in the center and I could taste rawflour. I mentioned this to my server who was very accommodating. And brought it back almost the same. The shrimp in the dishwere remarkably well cooked...but there were only 5 small shrimp in an entire pasta dish. The worst was that the pasta dish wasinsanely bland. Even with the cherry tomatoes...it was almost like eating cardboard. I try to support small businesses wheneverpossible. But I was disappointed with this place. Amazing meal! (I?ll Have dreams about it forever.) I got an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Everything was awesome. Wonderful... wine choices. The restaurant had really cute decor, outdoor seating and the staff was very friendly and attentive. This is myfavorite Italian/Sicilian restaurant I?ve ever been to. Read more

Absolutely delicious gem in Red Lodge, we felt like we were in a whole new place. The food was amazing and our server, Zane was... friendly and helpful. It was the perfect spot for a lunch date! Pictures: pasta made in a cheese wheel and the ravioli, theywere our favorite dishes by far. Plus Tiramisu assembled at the table, and cannolis. We also had the sicilian rice ballappetizer and a caprese salad. The caprese was pretty standard, but everything else was incredible. Read more
Every time we come to Piccola Cucina we think there is no way it will be as good as last time, and yet it continues to be the... best Italian food I've ever had. One night in Red Lodge, and had no idea what to expect for dinner options. They were completely booked, but we?re told to swing... back at 9:15 and they got us in. And here we are having the best meal we?ve had since we started our roadtrip from MN throughthe Dakotas and WY a week ago! Lovely atmosphere (be ready to dance lol), wonderful staff, and amazing food. We had the eggplantparm, caprese salad, carbonara, and orcchiette with shrimp and burrata. I?d order them all again.
